Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept the return or exchanges of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. If an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable or item does not fit you can exchange or return. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Return instructions:

DO NOT tape up the box. DO NOT tape anything onto the box.  Please place the shoe box inside  different packaging to ensure no damage is done in the shipping process.  If there is any tape on any part of the shoe box you WILL be charged a non-refundable restocking fee up to 50% of the price paid.

You have 30 days from the time you received the item to do a return.  No exceptions.

The following items will not be accepted:

  • Any item that has ANY signs of wear, dirt, scuffs, creases
  • Any item with an odor
  • Any item covered with animal fur
  • Any item without the original tags attached with the original hardware

 

If you are wanting to exchange, slip a note inside the box with the size you are needing to be sent back to you.  If we have it in stock we will reship the size requested and email you the tracking.  If we do not have it in stock we will refund the order and email you to let you know.

Please note that return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  We do not offer free returns.
